Tennessee Music Farm is a newly opened, 50yo barn dance venue, horse boarding facility and mini livestock/guinea hen farm. Our property features a 35,000sq ft closed riding arena/boarding arena and a 185 year-old home. As we have been readying ourselves for visitors, we have already done some educational programs with kids (YMCA, home school moms) with our rescue animals, our veterinarian care, and our pasture maintenance plan. The farm has also already been an asset to the Nashville music scene as several music videos have been created on our farm, bands have done tour rehearsals, and we are gearing up for corporate/industry experiences in our writers’ rooms, stage and overall barn dance venue space. We will be working to host #1 parties, album release parties, network filming and more in our perfect 90’s country barn dance venue. We are currently working with the Goodlettsville Tourism Department on offering experiences and were highlighted in their 2024 promotional materials. Eventually, we’d like to host farm-to-table dinners, monthly barn dances, animal therapy programs, a farmer’s market/retail space for neighbors produce, eggs, flowers, honey and more. We’d love to provide educational clinics around these items as well as animal care as well. We have close relationships with several nearby Airbnb’s as well, so we hope to partner with them for “farm stay” experiences.
